Chamberlin was notified on 8 July 2010 that Mark Bache, Finance Director of the Company, has acquired 10,000 new Ordinary 25p Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 70p per share.
Mr Bache's resultant shareholding following this transaction is 15,000 shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
