Directors' Share Dealing
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY) was today informed that on 11 December 2013 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of US$6.49 per ADR or £0.79 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.64 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
