Director's Share Dealing
The Company was informed that on 9 May 2014 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively, equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.52 per ADR or £0.78 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.68 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
