Allied Gold advises that Mr Terence Sean Harvey, a Director of Allied Gold Limited purchased 150,955 Ordinary Fully Paid shares in the Company on market on 28 & 29 September 2010 at an average price of CDN$0.048 per share.

Mr Terence Harvey holds 200,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the total share capital of the Company.
