Infrastrata plc (the "Company") has been informed that Director Craig Gouws today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 89.6p each. Mr. Gouws is now the beneficial owner of 25,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the current issued share capital.
