Davis Service Group PLC 14 November 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE THE DAVIS SERVICE GROUP PLC 14 NOVEMBER 2006 Directors' Responsibilities The Davis Service Group plc ('Davis') notes today's announcements that: - Philip Rogerson, a non-executive director of Davis, has today been appointed Chairman (on a temporary basis) of Northgate plc where he is the Senior Independent Director; and - John Burns, a non-executive director of Davis, is to become Chief Executive of the Derwent London group upon completion of the merger of Derwent Valley Holdings plc (where he is Managing Director) and London Merchant Securities plc.
