Director's Resignation
Progility plc (AIM: PGY), the project management services group, announces that its non-executive director, Paul Lever has decided to retire from the Board. This follows a review Mr Lever has made of his current commitments. Mr Lever turned 74 in December 2014.
Mr Lever was appointed to the board as Chairman in January 2003 and remained in that position until August 2012.
Wayne Bos, Executive Chairman, commented: "We respect Paul's decision to retire and would like to thank him for his many sage contributions to the Company over the years. We all wish him a long and happy retirement."
