Director's resignation

The Company announces that due to increasing professional commitments that John Heawood will be unable to continue to as a Non Executive Director with the Group and he has given notice of resignation with immediate effect.

Michael Knight, Chairman, commented: "We thank John for his significant contribution, for chairing the Remuneration Committee and for his advice particularly in connection with property matters".
