Directors' and PDMRs' share interestsDavid Landless, Finance Director, notified the company today that he hasexercised 57,719 share options granted in September 2003 at 147.27p. MrLandless has sold 45,891 shares at 247.73p on the same day sufficient only tocover the costs (e.g. tax, primary and secondary national insurance) associatedwith exercising the options.Mr Landless' beneficial interests in Bodycote shares have therefore increasedto 97,393 shares, which will be registered as follows:Registered Holder Beneficial Interest Shares M.
