Thursday 29 September 2011 - Optimal Payments Plc (the "Company") was informed on 28 September that Mr Joel Leonoff, CEO, is beneficially interested in 676,678 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company, representing 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital. This follows the purchase of 346,500 ordinary shares at 45.7052 pence per ordinary share by Mr Leonoff on 28 September 2011.

As at 28 September 2011, the Company had 126,279,043 ordinary shares in issue.
