Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Mr Stephen Le Page, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he was appointed with effect from 16 October 2014 as a director of Volta Finance Limited ("Volta"), which had shares listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam with effect from 15 December 2006. Mr Paul Meader, a director of the Company, is also a director of Volta.
