Director's Option Award

Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry announces that on 11 March 2011, Moshe (Shuki) Barak, the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was granted 100,000 options over Playtech Limited ordinary shares at an exercise price of 352.25 pence per share. The shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant.
