In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited advises the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies, held by a member of the Board:

Mr Martin Moore is a Director of Secure Income REIT plc which was listed on AIM on 5 June 2014.

Mr Moore will also be appointed as a Director of SEGRO plc with effect from 1 July 2014.
