Directors - Monthly Share Purchase

Westside, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that it was informed on 13 January 2014 that on that date the directors of the Company listed below purchased ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.287p.

These purchases are pursuant to the trading agreements to facilitate the automatic purchase of existing shares in the Company, through market purchases on a monthly basis over a twelve month period. For further details please see the announcement made by the Company on 1 July 2013.

As announced on 24 December 2013, the Company has raised £363,547 by way of a placing of 207,757,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") in which certain directors participated. Admission of the Placing Shares is expected on 20 January 2014. Following admission of the Placing Shares and the purchase of shares under the monthly share purchase, the directors' holdings in the Company are as follows:

1 113,875,000 held through United Trading Corporation Limited, 3,561,002 held in own name, 12,500,000 held in Highgrove Properties & Investments Ltd

2 106,136,362 ordinary shares held through Avonlaw Limited, 7,610,000 held through G Simmonds SIPP, 16,181,682 held in own name
