Director's interest
Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announced on 29 June 2009 that Peter Harris, the Company's non-executive Chairman, was interested in a total of 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"): 550,000 Ordinary Shares held beneficially by himself; and 250,000 Ordinary Shares held beneficially by his mother over which he was able to exercise voting control through a power of attorney. On 10 July 2009, Mr Harris acquired 50,000 of his mother's holding at a price of 110p per share and consequently he remains interested in 800,000 Ordinary Shares as follows: 600,000 (representing 6.71% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares) held beneficially by himself; and 200,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.24% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares) held in his mother's estate (she passed away on 6 August 2009) over which he is able to exercise voting control as her executor.
