Directors' Interests

The Company announces that it was notified by M.A.J. Cropper on 07 September 2015 of changes in his beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each. These changes arise as follows:

M.A.J.Cropper holds a beneficial interest in the Anthony Charles Cropper Settlement Trust, a family trust holding 282,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. The trustees of the trust have pledged these shares to Svenska Handelsbanken AB on 07 September 2015, as security for a bank loan to the trust. The loan has a term ending on 03 September 2020.

The voting rights in relation to these shares remain with the trustees of the trust.

As a result of these changes the details of his holdings are as follows:
