The Company announces that on 12 February 2010 the following share purchase was made by a Director of Findel plc:-
Eric F Tracey, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30.025 pence per share. Following this transaction, Eric Tracey's total shareholding in the Company is 50,000 shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
