On 30 July 2014 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr. Jolyon Head sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £5.25 per Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Head now holds 4,666 Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
