Beacon Hill Resources Plc (AIM:BHR), the AIM listed resource company, has been notified that on 28 April 2010 Justin Lewis, Chairman of Beacon Hill, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 5.95 pence per share.

Following this purchase Justin Lewis has an interest of 1,733,320 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.67 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and options to subscribe for up to a further 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
