Further to the admission to trading of 22,727,272 new Common Shares of no par value in the Company ('new shares") on 18 March 2014 consequently there are now 226,203,156 Common Shares in issue.

Ilyas Khan, a Director of the Company is a 95% beneficial owner of ECK Partners Holdings Limited ("ECK") who hold 2,521,616 Common Shares in the Company and sole beneficial owner of Pennine Capital Limited ("Pennine") who hold a further 23,000,000 Common Shares in the Company.

Therefore Ilyas Khan is beneficially interested in 25,521,616 common shares in the Company that did represent 12.54% of the issued share capital of Touchstone Gold but now represents 11.28% of the issued share capital following the admission of the new shares.
