Director's Holdings in Company

InfraStrata plc (the "Company") was informed on the 16 February 2012 that Mr Craig Gouws, an Executive Director of InfraStrata, on the 16 February purchased 88,336 ordinary shares in his Self Invested Pension Plan at 11.25p per share and 27,330 ordinary shares in his personal name at 11.25p per share.

Mr Gouws' total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata is now 208,084 ordinary shares, representing 0.23% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
