Director's Holdings in Company

InfraStrata (AIM:INFA) was informed today that Mr Craig Gouws, an Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 27,330 ordinary shares from his personal name to his Self Invested Pension Plan at 10.25p per share.

Mr Gouws' total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata remains unchanged at 277,226 ordinary shares, representing 0.30% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
