InfraStrata was informed today that as a result of Mr Walter Roberts' younger daughter achieving her majority, her shareholding is no longer to be counted as part of Mr Roberts' beneficial shareholding. Accordingly, although these shares have not been sold, Mr Roberts' beneficial shareholding is reduced by 12,500 ordinary shares to 1,132,378 ordinary shares, representing 1.24% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
