InfraStrata plc (the "Company") (AIM:INFA) was informed today that Mr Walter Roberts, an Executive Director of InfraStrata plc, has today transferred 700,000 ordinary shares from his personal name to his Self Invested Pension Plan at 11.5p per share.

Mr Roberts' total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata remains unchanged at 1,132,378 ordinary shares, representing 1.24% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
