Director's Holdings in Company
The Company today received notification that on 4 January 2010, John Watkins, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his wife, Linda Watkins, each sold 333,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price 9.5p per share.
On the same day, the trustees of Mr and Mrs Watkins' SIPP purchased 666,000 shares at a price of 9.5p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Watkins' interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,989,405 ordinary shares, representing approximately 15.93% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
