Director's family buys shares

The Company announces that it was informed today that members of Andrew Woollett's family have today purchased a total of 65,433 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 41 pence per share. Andrew Woollett is the Executive Chairman and a director of ZincOx.
