Directors' Exercise of Options
Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, announces that the following directors of the Company have today exercised options over a cumulative total of 550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 6 pence per Share under the Company's Executive Management Incentive Scheme.

Application has been made for 550,000 new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on Friday 4th May 2012. Following Admission, the Company will have 19,414,731 Shares in issue, each with equal voting rights. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
