On 31 October 2008, Amethyst Motor Company Limited, a private company incorporated in England and Wales and of which Roger Moore, a non-executive director of Boomerang Plus, is a director, appointed administrators.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
