Director's Disclosure

The following disclosures are made further to the announcement made on 23 October 2012 by C&C regarding the appointment of Mr Joris Brams to the Group's Board of Directors.

At the date of his appointment to the Board, Mr Brams had an interest in 53,777 ordinary shares in C&C, representing 0.016% of shares in issue.

He has no other interests in ordinary shares in C&C.

Mr Brams holds no current nor has he held in the previous five years any directorships in any publicly quoted companies.

There are no further disclosures required to make in accordance with Rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules.
