Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, the Company announces that it has been notified by Gavin Burnell, Chief Executive of the Company, that administrators have today been appointed to Globo Plc by order of the court. Mr Burnell was a non-executive director of Globo Plc until his resignation on 29 October 2015.
