Herencia confirms today that Michael Bohm, a director of the Company, has exercised options over 12,400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.75p each ("Option Shares")

Application has been made to admit the Option Shares to trading on AIM, and dealings in the shares are expected to commence on 7 October 2010.

Following the issue of these shares the number of ordinary shares in issue in the Company is 973,332,470 of which Michael Bohm has an interest in 18,701,515 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.92% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
