Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that today, Mr. Jeremy Brade, a director of the Company, acquired 800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 348 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Brade's notifiable interest is 15,500 Shares, including a total of 500 Shares held by his children who are under 18, representing 0.12% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.
