Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, was today informed that Mark Pyrah, a director of the Company, purchased 98,907 ordinary shares of 1.90p each for a total consideration of £1,879.23.
Following the transaction, Mark Pyrah owns 22,463,500 ordinary shares, representing 11.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
