Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration, development and production company focused on Europe, received notification that Hugh Mackay, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today acquired 250,327 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at an average price of 3.99 pence each. Following this purchase, Hugh is interested in 3,084,716 Ordinary Shares representing 1.26% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
