The Company was notified on 29th June 2009 of the following transaction.
On 26th June 2009, Mrs. Hailes, wife of Paul Hailes (Finance Director), sold 11,396 ordinary 2p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 307p each. Following this sale Paul Hailes has an interest of 916,650 Shares* representing 3.467% of the issued share capital of the Company.
* This includes 40,100 Shares held by Mrs. Hailes
