Directors' Dealings
The Company was informed on 2 January 2014 that on 31 December 2013, MXC Capital Limited ("MXC Capital"), representing the interests of Ian Smith and Tony Weaver (Chief Executive and Non Executive Director of the Company respectively) purchased 64,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.504 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by MXC Capital, together with Ian Smith's self invested personal pension plan, is 149,741,084, representing 24.0% of the issued share capital of the Company (of which 6,250,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Ian Smith's SIPP).
