Directors' Dealings

The Board of SIG plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 June 2009, Mrs V Murray who will become a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 July 2009, and her husband Mr D Murray purchased a total of 11,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 89.6p per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Murray has a beneficial interest in 11,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.002% of the Company's total voting rights of 590,813,193 Ordinary Shares.
