The shares were sold to Munxay's parent undertaking, MarbaInvestments Sarl ("Marba"). Munxay and Marba are companies in which Peter Klimt,a non-executive director of the Company, and persons connected with him, areindirectly interested in as shareholders. Following this transaction Mr Klimt's total holding in DDC remains unchanged at6,366,862 ordinary shares and 7,658,119 CFDs representing 6.13% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
