Directors' Dealings

The Company was notified yesterday that:

- Steve Wassell, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, yesterday purchased 60,893 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 175,893 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital; and

- Peter Moon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.21 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

23,468,315 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
