BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that today, Mr John Le Prevost, a director of the Company, has made a market purchase of 34,750 Sterling Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.86913 per share on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following his purchase of 34,750 Sterling Ordinary Shares, Mr Le Prevost, is interested in 96,784 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.022% of the Company's issued share capital as at today's date.

 This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
