Carluccio's PLC09 January 2007 Carluccio's PLC (the 'Company') Director's Dealings The Company was notified today that on 8th January 2007, The Sienna Group LLC("Sienna"), in which Mr Scott Svenson, a non-executive director of the Company,is deemed to be interested by virtue of holding a 48% interest in Sienna,disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 180 pence per ordinary share. Following this disposal, Sienna has an interest in 3,000,000 ordinary shares representing 5.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
