Director's Dealings
Sumo Group (AIM: SUMO), the award-winning provider of creative and development services to the video games and entertainment industries, announces that David Wilton, Chief Financial Officer, has sold and acquired 14,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The transactions took place on 21 October 2020, as David sold 14,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 255.5 pence per share, previously held in his dealing account and acquired 7,000 Ordinary Shares in an ISA under his name and 7,000 Ordinary Shares in an ISA under the name of his wife, Helen Wilton, each at a price of 255.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions, David's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 336,933, representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
