Directors' Dealings 

Honye Financial Services Ltd ("Honye") received notification on 15 May 2020 from Fush Financial Investment Co ("Fush") that on 15 May 2020 it sold, an aggregate of 5,065,966 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £0.31 per share (the "Transaction"). Mr Xu WanBao, Director of Honye, holds 70% of the issued share capital of Fush and the balance is held by Mr Shao Zhi Ying.

L&S Global Ltd, 100% owned by YuXing Terry Liu, director of Honye, acquired 1,445,966 Ordinary Shares from Fush. 

Change in Directors' interests: 

Following the Transaction, Fush will hold 11,820,590 ordinary shares in Honye, representing approximately 47.91% of the Company's issued share capital. L&S Global Ltd's holding increases to 1,992,810 ordinary shares, representing approximately 8.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
