Directors' Dealings

The Company was notified yesterday that:

- Howard Flight, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 98,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 51 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 98,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.42 per cent of the Company's issued share capital;

- Tony Bartlett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 51 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 882,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.75 per cent of the Company's issued share capital; and

- Trevor Norris, the Company's Finance Director, yesterday purchased 49,000 Ordinary Shares at 51 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following this purchase is 679,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.89 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

23,522,392 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued share capital of Arden.
