Netplay TV PLC01 May 2007 1 May 2007 NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlay" or the "Company") Director Dealings Martin Higginson, Chairman and CEO of NetPlay, has purchased 2,000,000 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 25 pence per share. Mr Higginson, throughhis investment vehicle, Hindley Investments Limited, also has an interest in afurther 10,271,000 ordinary shares in the Company. His total interest thereforerepresents 17.75 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital. Andrew Lapping, Non-executive Director of NetPlay, has purchased 250,000 sharesat a price of 25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Lapping nowholds 1,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.8 per cent. of theCompany's total issued share capital. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping is the ManagingDirector, also acquired 200,000 shares at 25 pence per share and is nowinterested in 400,000 ordinary shares. Hindley Investments Limited haspurchased 156,000 shares at 26p per share. Hindley Investments Limited andNorthern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, haveinterests in 10,271,000 and 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
