Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'Imperial Innovations'), was notified today by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that on 21 June 2010 she transferred 29,000 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations at a price of 487.5 pence per share to her personal pension provider. This transaction has no effect on Susan Searle's beneficial ownership; she continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 113,140 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.19% of the issued voting share capital of Imperial Innovations of 59,790,621 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33p each. 

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'Imperial Innovations'), was notified today by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that on 21 June 2010 she agreed to transfer 47,740 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations to a company incorporated in England and Wales whose issued share capital is wholly owned by Mrs Searle, at market value when the agreement is completed. This transaction has no effect on Mrs Searle's beneficial ownership; she continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 113,140 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.19% of the issued voting share capital of Imperial Innovations of 59,790,621 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33p each.

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'Imperial Innovations'), was notified today by Julian Smith, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, that on 21 June 2010 he agreed to transfer 39,541 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations to a company incorporated in England and Wales whose issued share capital is wholly owned by Mr Smith, at market value when the agreement is completed. This transaction has no effect on Julian Smith's beneficial ownership; he continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 78,760 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.13% of the issued voting share capital of Imperial Innovations of 59,790,621 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33p each.
