Directors Dealings
Hargreaves Services plc, a leading supplier of support services to the energy, mineral and waste sectors, received notification on 23 September 2009 of yesterday's successful placing with institutional investors of 1,530,252 ordinary shares by directors and other senior management at a price of 650p. The shares were placed in response to demand from institutional shareholders.

The shares sold by Gordon Banham are the first shares that he has sold since acquiring his shareholding in April 2004. Both directors have indicated that they have no intention of making further disposals over the next twelve months.
