Tangent was notified on 28 August 2012 that on 20 July 2012 David Steyn, Non-Executive Director at Tangent, purchased 150,853 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.431 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, David Steyn holds 150,853 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tangent which represents approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
