CentralNic Group plc (LSE:CNIC, "Company" or "CNIC") received notification on the 13 July 2022 from Inter.Services GmbH ("Inter.Services"), a company in which Horst Siffrin, non-executive director, has a beneficial interest, that on 27 June 2022 it sold 10,370 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of EUR 1.40 per share for a total of EUR 14,518.
Following this transaction, Inter.Servicves holds (and consequently Mr Siffrin is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 37,075,000 Shares in the Company representing 12.84% of the issued capital.
