Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print and promotional products sector, announces that on 16 July 2012 Martin Varley, a Director of the Company, acquired a total of 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 18.75p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Mr Varley holds an interest in 11,062,559 ordinary shares, equivalent to 25.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
